Elvis movie director rejected ‘desperate’ One Direction star for King’s role

ELVIS PRESLEY is getting a brand new biopic in cinemas in just a few weeks. Director Baz Luhrmann has praised Austin Butler for his performance already but has now revealed he rejected a member of One Direction because the young Brit “desperately” wanted to get into the King’s suits.
