Russian ruble sinks to record low at less than one cent after Swift ban – ‘Not supported’

FORMER PRIME MINISTER Mikhail Kasyanov has said the “devastating” Western sanctions means ruble as the Russian currency “cannot be supported” after it hit a record low.
