British expat in Spain’s Costa del Sol celebrates rule change after ‘tough’ 12 months

A BRITISH bar owner in Spain’s Costa del Sol has said the latest travel rule change is “marvellous news”. Spain will let British teenagers in with a negative test from Monday.
