One in three small business owners predicting best festive season for five years
A third of small business owners are predicting their best festive season for five years, after new data revealed a recent boom in spending over pre-pandemic levels. Figures from Barclaycard Payments show shop transactions have soared by nearly 40 percent in the three months to 31 October, compared to the same period in 2019.
