Trump, Putin to discuss Russia-Ukraine war on Tuesday

The Kremlin has confirmed that Russian President Vladimir Putin will talk to Donald Trump by phone on Tuesday, but would not comment on the U.S. president’s assertion that ‘dividing up certain assets’ and power plants will be topics of discussion.
