Elon Musk abandons plans and faces $1billion legal battle over Twitter bid

ELON Musk has been warned he faces a lengthy legal battle and a hefty bill if he abandons his bid to buy Twitter. The world’s richest man decided to acquire the company for £36billion in April, but now says he wants to back out because it failed to provide information regarding fake accounts.
