PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN star Johnny Depp used his rock and roll connections to bring a member of The Beatles into the story of the fifth movie in the Disney franchise. The rocker’s character was even given a familial connection to Captain Jack Sparrow, which was inspired by a real-life relative.
