Indiana Jones: Harrison Ford loved young Indy star River Phoenix ‘like a son’

INDIANA JONES star Harrison Ford “loved” the actor who portrayed the younger version of himself, River Phoenix and also called for Steven Spielberg to hire him as young Indy in The Last Crusade. River played the hero four years before his untimely death in 1993.
