Volodymyr Zelenskyy presents ‘victory plan’ to Ukraine’s parliament

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy unveiled his much-anticipated “victory plan” at Ukraine’s parliament on Wednesday, which includes an unconditional NATO invite and the capacity to have forceful, non-nuclear deterrence against its Russian neighbour.
