Positive online reviews have slumped in the last year – with negative reviews on the rise
Positive online reviews have slumped this year, as businesses struggle to maintain good customer service in the face of tough economic conditions. Review platform Trustpilot has reported 50,000 fewer positive reviews since April – a five percent drop on the previous year.
