Bring back face-to-face banking, insist elderly
Millions of pensioners say they want to do their banking face-to-face in a local branch. Three-quarters of customers aged 65-plus – around 7.86m people – specifically want to accomplish certain tasks in person. Half of them want to make a deposit in person while 38 percent want to be able to withdraw cash.
